实际使用时，可以先从“评估 Islington 指定地址”开始，再根据任务继续“比较附近实际成交”，并把“按邮编查能效较低的 EPC 记录”纳入同一流程。官方目录列出的 1 个应用或连接器会按具体任务参与处理。

Wondering what a UK home is worth? This app helps you explore that inside ChatGPT using real sold prices and energy-performance certificates — not guesswork from listing sites. Give it an address or postcode and you get a clear property report: recent sales nearby, certificate ratings and floor area where available, a map of the area, and how local prices compare on a per-square-foot basis. You can also search certificates by postcode — useful if you care about energy ratings (for example homes rated E to G when planning retrofit work). The data is official UK open information: Land Registry transaction prices and the public EPC register, for England and Wales. The app is for research only. It does not list homes for sale, take payments, book viewings, file EPC paperwork, or replace a formal surveyor's valuation or mortgage decision. For major financial choices, use the report as a starting point and speak to a qualified professional where you need one.

安装 UK Property Valuation 时可能需要连接发布者账户，具体权限取决于你的套餐、地区和工作区管理员设置。 插件不会绕过外部服务权限，只能访问当前账户本来就有权访问的数据和操作。 官方目录当前没有提供单条插件的最近更新时间；达灵感不会用目录同步时间冒充更新时间。
