Din Bostad helps users search the Swedish real-estate market from inside ChatGPT. Use it for any prompt about finding, searching, or browsing Swedish properties for sale — apartments (lägenheter, bostadsrätter), houses (villor, hus), townhouses (radhus), cabins (stugor), plots (tomter), or any for-sale property in Sweden. The assistant resolves any place names the user mentions to specific administrative locations (län, kommun, area, place, street), then queries the listings index with structured filters such as price range, property type, room count, living area, plot area, facilities (pool, balcony, garage, fireplace), energy class, viewing windows, nearby points of interest (water, parks, schools, transit), publication recency, and sort order. Matching for-sale listings render on an interactive map widget with a sidebar list and a fullscreen inspector for individual properties, each linking back to the public Din Bostad listing page.
